Move to Level 4

a man standing next to a body of water

As today’s decision to move Glasgow into Level 4 we are looking at some changes in how we are operating – however, as outdoor sport for those within Glasgow will continue business as usual (minus access to the toilets as well as changing).

Please see SCA guidance for further information

Unfortunately that this means we still aren’t able to accept bookings from those travelling from outwith the area – including from Friday groups of under 18s

And from Friday Toilets will join Changing areas in being closed – we apologise for the inconvenience this may cause

However, we continue to accept bookings for our physically distant paddlesports and swim sessions for those within the Glasgow area.  We have strict Covid-19 procedures in place, and continue to do everything we can to minimize any spread of the virus.  We have an amazing outdoor space and want to make sure that we continue to offer activities to beginners and experienced alike as long as we can do so safely.

Our Start Kayaking sessions are all about getting you on the water and experiencing the joys of kayaking in a safe and fun way. These adult sessions are for anyone over the age of 16 who want to get on the water and learn the basics of kayaking with basic skills and challenges. We use our great sit on top kayaks meaning that we have the best platform for learning skills without the challenges or fears of ‘getting stuck’.

This session includes your British Canoeing Paddle Start Certificate.
