Schools, Community & Uniformed Groups

By working with existing community clubs and leaders, local young people have the opportunity to get involved at Pinkston and learn new skills.

We aim to make paddlesports affordable to community groups and have a reduced pricing structure for sessions delivered to schools and constituted community groups. We can design courses and sessions around the aims and objectives of your group and can do anything from a one-off taster session to accredited Start and Discover Awards to tailor made programmes to meet your educational or community based objectives.  Develop resilience, confidence, friendships and more.

We work in partnership with other organizations and aim to attract grant funding to enable us to offer low and no-cost opportunities to young people from North Glasgow predominately.

Youth Clubs

In 2022, Pinkston secured funding that allow us to deliver YOUTH CLUBS at a greatly reduced cost to children from North West and North East Glasgow – Youthy Jump IN! for ages 7+ on Thursday 5.30-7.00pm and CANOE POLO 12+ on Monday evening 7.00-9.00pm – NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED – come along and have fun!
