Our 3 Session SUP Progression Course is a dynamic and engaging course designed to teach you the basic skills and manoeuvres so that you will feel confident paddling solo.

Learn the SUP Basics!
Our Glasgow SUP lesson covers manual handling, board maneuvering, essential kit, proper posture, and efficient paddling plus we will tailor the session to individual needs. This can be a one-off session for you to experience SUP or you can come multiple times to build your skill. We work on a 1 to 8 instructor ratio for SUP, so you are guaranteed focused, quality feedback in a safe learning environment.
We will provide you with all the kit you need – but please bring something to wear under a wetsuit (not cotton shirts – base layers are great), old shoes that you don’t mind getting wet, and a towel, etc. for showering afterward.
