Still holding on – COVID-19 Update 19/03/2020
We are all feeling the effects of the social distancing measures of Covid-19. We are worried for our families, our friends and colleagues, and our lifestyle as we know it.
But staying active is important, and fresh air and exercise is good for us all.
We are remaining open for swim sessions – and for enquiries about small groups for paddlesports. We are also open to queries about small groups of children and young people if you are looking for activities for them in the open air – significant discounts will be offered for key workers.
We will be working on a reduced ratio to minimise risks
We have increased our cleaning in response to additional risks and encourage all customers and visitors to follow the governments advice on reducing the risk associated with Covid-19.
We will undertake a full deep clean in response to any information that a person with Covid-19 has used the facilities. We encourage anyone who has used the site to let us know if they experience symptoms in order for us to do this. Please don’t attend Pinkston if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.
We will keep all our information updated as the situation changes – as it is on a daily basis. We are also aware of the possibility that these activities might become subject of more stringent restrictions by the government in which case a full refund would be given for anything that has been paid in advance.
Stay safe people, and keep washing those hands
