Our 3 Session SUP Progression Course is a dynamic and engaging course designed to teach you the basic skills and manoeuvres so that you will feel confident paddling solo. Taught by our top class instructors by the end of this 3 day course you will be at a point where you could look at progressing onto moving water.

All equipment is provided so all you need to bring with you is: something to wear under a wetsuit, a pair of old trainers that can get wet, a towel to dry off, and a positive attitude! 🙂
